STONE BEND is the the vision of Terry, Pfeiffer and Leland Bloom. After spending nearly a decade working in and around the Chicago/Midwest Food scene, theydecided it was time to go it on their own.
For years working with other farmers, bakers, and chefs we both wanted so badly a chance to offer an experience that we could guarantee was 100% honest and Authentic. We found the only to truly do that, is to grow it ourselves.
Terms like Farm to Table, Organic, & Natural get thrown around these days like they mean nothing.
We know it's chemical free because we grow it ourselves.
