STONE BEND is the the shared vision of Shaunessy and Terry Bloom. After meeting in 2004 and spending nearly a decade working in and around the Chicago/Midwest Food scene, Terry & Shaunessy decided it was time to go it on their own.  

 

For years working with other farmers, bakers, and chefs we both wanted so badly a chance to offer an experience that we could guarantee was 100% honest and Authentic. We found the only to truly do that, is to grow it ourselves.

Terms like Farm to Table, Organic, & Natural get thrown around these days like they mean nothing.

 

We know it's chemical free because we grow it ourselves.
