January is a key time on the farm for making some progress in regards to organization and infrastructure. In-season our schedule is so packed that we often just barely keep up with what HAS to be done, and rarely get to make progress on what we want to get done.
We're formalizing our schedule in the greenhouse to include some set programming so you know what to expect on your next visit as well as rolling our some really fun special events and menu specials as well here and there.
